How's the transit situation near 21 Mayfair Ave?

I'm considering a place at 21 Mayfair Ave and really want to go car-free. How’s the TTC access? Is there a subway or streetcar nearby? What’s the walkability like for daily errands and commuting downtown? Any insights would be appreciated!
