Is 2 North Dr good for TTC commuters?

I'm considering a move to 2 North Dr and I'm curious about the transit options. How close is the nearest subway or streetcar stop? I'm looking for a place that makes commuting downtown easy and offers good walkability. Any insights on the TTC access here would be appreciated.
