How's the transit commute from 130 Macpherson Ave to downtown?

I'm considering moving to 130 Macpherson Ave and I want to go car-free. How convenient is the TTC from there? What’s the nearest subway or streetcar stop, and how long does it take to get downtown? Any tips on bike lanes or walkability would be great too!
