Help me decide: $2200 for a 1BR with parking vs. $1800 without

I'm torn between a $2200 1-bedroom that includes parking and a $1800 place that doesn’t. The parking convenience is tempting since I have a car, but that extra $400 a month adds up quickly. Is it worth it for the added ease, or should I save? Need your thoughts on this!
