Is living with parents to save for Toronto rent common?

I recently moved back home to save for rent in Toronto, and honestly, it feels a bit embarrassing. How common is this? I know many of us are stuck between needing to move out and reality hitting hard. Is this the only option, or do others feel conflicted about being an adult at home?
