Landlord wants to increase rent—how much is too much?

Hey everyone, I just got a notice from my landlord saying they want to raise my rent from $1600 to $1800 in the Junction Triangle. I’m not sure if that's legal or if there's a limit on how much they can increase it. Can anyone help me figure out what my rights are and what to do next?
