Anyone know what it's like to live near 2225 Eglinton Ave E?

I'm seriously considering renting at 2225 Eglinton Ave E and love what I see so far! Can anyone share their thoughts on the area vibe, like the local restaurants on Eglinton or transit options? Also, what's the character of the neighbourhood like day to day?
