I've been eyeing the Junction lately and it feels like it's changing so fast! New cafes and quirky shops popping up everywhere, but what’s the rental scene like? Are prices sky-high or still somewhat reasonable? I’ve heard mixed reviews about safety too. Anyone got the lowdown?
