Should I take the $2,300 loft in the heart of the city?

I'm torn about signing a lease for a $2,300 loft downtown. Pros: walkable to work, great amenities, vibrant neighborhood. Cons: high rent, no parking. I really value location, but is the price worth it for my budget? I need convincing either way!
