Is 50 Clearview Hts good for TTC commuters?

I'm looking to move to 50 Clearview Hts and I'm curious about the transit options nearby. How convenient is the TTC for commuting to downtown? Also, is it a walkable area with access to bus or streetcar routes? Any info would be appreciated!
