Frustration mounts over ignored repair requests!

I’m beyond frustrated! My landlord keeps brushing off my requests for repairs. The heating system is broken and it’s freezing in here, not to mention the leaky faucet that’s been dripping for weeks. How can I live comfortably when basic maintenance is completely ignored?
