Hey everyone! I'm considering withholding my rent due to ongoing repairs my landlord hasn't addressed. Is it legal to pay into the LTB instead? Also, what do I need to know about my rights for rental reductions? I'm curious but worried about any legal repercussions. Any insights? Thanks! 🏠
