Exhausted from the apartment hunt in Toronto - need to vent!

I'm so done with this process. Every time I find a place that seems perfect, it's already taken or the landlord wants outrageous requirements. I feel like I'm drowning in endless applications and no callbacks. This market is ridiculous and it's really taking a toll on my mental health.
