Junction's Transformation - Worth the Hype?

Has anyone else noticed how fast the Junction is changing? Seems like every week there’s a new cafe or boutique popping up. I love the community vibe, but with all this new development, is it losing some of its charm? Curious about rental prices there now - any insights?
