How's the transit situation near 12 King High Ave?

Hey everyone, I'm looking at possibly moving to 12 King High Ave and want to know how the transit options are. Is there good access to the TTC, like subway or streetcar nearby? I'm keen on a car-free lifestyle and need to know about commuting to downtown. Thanks!
