What’s the parking situation in Leslieville like?

I’m moving to Leslieville in a couple of months and I have a car. I’ve seen apartments listed around $2500, but I’m worried about parking costs on top of that. Can anyone share how much parking typically adds to monthly rent in this area? Is it worth it to look for places with included parking?
