Anyone have experience near 45 Dunfield Ave?

I'm really considering 45 Dunfield Ave for renting! The building looks appealing, but I'd love to hear about the area vibe. How's the transit nearby, and are there good grocery stores and restaurants? What's the neighbourhood character like day to day?
