Frustrated with Landlord's Neglect and Unfair Rent Increase

For months now, I've been dealing with broken heating and leaking faucets while my landlord raises the rent without fixing a thing. It's infuriating! Every repair request seems to disappear into a black hole. I'm living in such bad conditions, how can they justify this increase? It's unacceptable!
