Need advice on rentals near Bloor-Danforth for a summer move

I’m planning to move to Toronto this summer and need easy access to the TTC subway. Looking at places around the Bloor-Danforth line, especially in neighborhoods like Leslieville or Greektown. What’s a reasonable rent for a one-bedroom, and is there anything I should know about these areas?
