Quick update since people asked! Moved to St. Clair West, and it's been a nice change. I expected higher rent, but found a cozy 1BR for $1,800. The area has great coffee shops and parks, but parking can be tough. Overall, I recommend it for a more relaxed vibe without losing city access.
