Navigating the LTB Process - Help Needed!

I'm feeling really confused about the LTB filing process. I need to understand the T2/T6 forms better and what to expect at the hearing. Even though it's overwhelming, I'm determined to fight for my rights as a tenant. Any advice or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated!
