Understanding advertised rent vs. actual costs?

I recently found an apartment listing in Toronto, and I'm unsure if the rent they advertised includes taxes or if there are additional fees on top of that. Has anyone experienced this? I’d love some clarity on how to navigate these discussions with landlords to avoid any surprises!
