Weighing 2501 Eglinton Ave W, what's that neighbourhood like?

I’m seriously considering renting at 2501 Eglinton Ave W and love what I see so far! What’s the area vibe like, especially around transit options? Also, are there good grocery stores and restaurants nearby? Any insights on the neighbourhood character would be super helpful.
