What's the 103 West Lodge Ave neighbourhood actually like for renters?

I’m seriously considering renting at 103 West Lodge Ave and love the look of the place! What’s the area vibe like? Is there good transit nearby, and how close are groceries and restaurants? Any insights on the local character would be greatly appreciated.
