How's the TTC from 1 Flemington Rd?

I'm really interested in living near 1 Flemington Rd and going car-free. How accessible is the TTC from here? I'm curious about subway and bus options for commuting downtown. Is the area walkable day-to-day too? Any insights would be appreciated!
