How's the TTC from 137 Dunn Ave?

I'm considering a move to 137 Dunn Ave and want to know how well-connected it is to the TTC. Is there a subway or streetcar nearby for an easy commute to downtown? I’m looking to live car-free, so any insights on walkability or bike lanes would be appreciated!
