How's the TTC from 655 Broadview Ave?

I'm looking to live car-free and want to know how easy it is to get around from 655 Broadview Ave. Is there a nearby subway or streetcar stop? Also, how's the walkability to shops and downtown? Any insights on commuting times would be appreciated!
