Feeling grateful for my responsive landlord

Just want to share something positive! My landlord recently fixed a leaky faucet I reported just a few days ago, which is such a relief. It's nice to know they care about maintaining the property and our comfort. Not all landlords are terrible - proof that good ones do exist!
