What Happens When My Lease Ends? Confusion About Options

My lease is ending soon, and I'm really confused about what happens next. Do I have to move out, or does it automatically convert to a month-to-month lease? My landlord is pressuring me to sign a new lease, but I’m not sure what my rights are. Can someone clarify this for me?
