How's the commute from 675 Roselawn Ave to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 675 Roselawn Ave and I'm curious about the commute to downtown. How long does it usually take on the TTC? Also, is there good access to bus or subway lines around there for an easy trip?
