Has anyone actually spent time near 81 Isabella St?

I'm really interested in 81 Isabella St. I've seen some good things online, but I'd love to hear about the real vibe of the area. How's the transit around Sherbourne and are there decent grocery stores and restaurants nearby? Any feedback on the neighbourhood character would be awesome!
