Narrowed it down to 32 Brookwell Dr, any thoughts on the neighbourhood?

I'm really liking the look of 32 Brookwell Dr, but I want to know more about the vibe in the area. How's the transit access around there, and are there good grocery stores and restaurants nearby? I'd love to hear any personal experiences or opinions on the neighborhood character.
