What do renters actually think of the 40 Clearview Hts area?

I'm really interested in 40 Clearview Hts and the community vibe. How's the transit access around there, especially near Bathurst? Also, are there good grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance? Would love to hear your honest thoughts!
