How's the commute from 2255 Weston Rd to downtown, any insights?

I'm considering moving to 2255 Weston Rd and want to know how realistic the commute to downtown is without a car. What's the TTC situation like? Any tips on getting to Union Station or the Financial District would be super helpful!
