The area around 300 Antibes Dr in North York has such a cool vibe! It's super walkable with plenty of parks nearby, like G. Ross Lord Park, perfect for a stroll or a picnic. Plus, you're just a short walk to the Sheppard West TTC station, making it easy to get downtown or anywhere you want to go.
