Price check: $2400 for 2BR near Queen Street East, fair deal?

I've found a 2-bedroom apartment for $2400 near Queen Street East, and I'm unsure if it's a good deal. It has nice amenities but seems a bit high for this area, especially with the market fluctuations. Is this reasonable or am I overpaying?
