Is 33 Hahn Pl walkable or do you need a car?

Hey everyone! I'm considering moving to 33 Hahn Pl and would love to know how walkable it is day to day. Can I get to grocery stores and errands on foot, or is a car necessary? Also, how's the TTC access for commuting downtown? Thanks for any insight!
