Can't Sleep Due to Noisy Neighbors Next Door

I've been dealing with constant noise from my neighbors lately, and it’s really getting to me. The walls are so thin that I can hear every little thing, plus street construction makes it worse. Anyone else facing similar issues? How have you handled this?
