Is 19 Durnford Rd walkable or do you need a car?

Hey everyone, I'm considering a short-term rental at 19 Durnford Rd and want to know if it's walkable for daily errands. How's the access to TTC nearby? Also, is it manageable to commute downtown without a car? Any insights would be really helpful!
