Need parking advice for my new apartment search in Toronto!

I'm looking at places in Leslieville and Cabbagetown, but I'm worried about parking costs. Does anyone know how much adding a parking spot typically raises the rent? I'm hoping to find a decent one-bedroom under $2300, but I want to factor in parking fees. Any insights are appreciated!
