Searching for a 1 bedroom under $2000 in Toronto

Hi everyone! I’m new to Toronto and trying to secure a decent one bedroom $2000 or less. Is this budget realistic? Which areas should I consider for a 1BR under 2000? Additionally, what is the process like for deposits and leases? Any advice would be appreciated!
