3 months in Parkdale - here's what I wish I knew

Quick update since people asked! I've been in Parkdale for about 3 months now. The community vibe is fantastic, but I was surprised by the noise levels from nearby pubs. Rent is relatively affordable for Toronto, so I'd recommend it for newcomers, but be prepared for the hustle and bustle!
