How's the vibe around 10 Walmer Rd?

I’m considering a short-term rental at 10 Walmer Rd for a few months and want to know more about the area. Is it walkable for grocery runs and cafes? Also, how's the TTC access like for getting around the city? Any thoughts from locals would be appreciated!
