How's the commute from 37 Lord Seaton Rd to downtown, is it doable?

I'm considering moving to 37 Lord Seaton Rd and want to know about the downtown commute. How long does it usually take on the TTC? Is the transit service reliable from there, or would I need to plan my trips around buses or streetcars?
