How's the commute from 67 Parkwoods Village Dr to downtown?

I'm considering moving to 67 Parkwoods Village Dr and I’m curious about the commute downtown. How long does it typically take via the TTC? Also, is there good access to streetcars or buses nearby? I want to live car-free if possible.
