Price check: $1650 for studio in Queen West - good deal or just tiny?

I found a studio apartment for $1650 in Queen West. It's in a great area but only 300 sq ft and doesn't include utilities. I'm not sure if it's a fair price considering the size and location. Is this a good deal or am I overpaying for such a small place?
