Condo vs purpose-built: My experience living in both styles

After living in a downtown condo and a purpose-built rental, I noticed key differences. The condo felt more luxurious, but the purpose-built offered better amenities and a stronger sense of community. For a 3-6 month stay, I preferred the purpose-built for its practicality and value.
