Need advice on rental prices in East York for spring move

I’m planning to move to Toronto in late April and looking for a 2-bedroom in East York. I’ve seen listings ranging from $2200 to $2800. Does this seem reasonable? Also, what neighborhoods should I consider for a good balance of price and vibe? Appreciate any suggestions!
