Thinking of renting near 1700 Finch Ave E, is the area worth it?

I'm really interested in 1700 Finch Ave E because it looks spacious and has good amenities. Can anyone share what the vibe is like around there? How's transit access, especially to places like Fairview Mall, and are there decent grocery stores nearby?
