How's the commute from 11 Thirty Third St to downtown, manageable?

I’m looking at moving to 11 Thirty Third St and want to go car-free. How's the TTC from there for commuting downtown? Any idea on transit times and how walkable it is for everyday errands? Appreciate any insights on the local transit scene!
